Laura Williams’ work is informed by all of the personal and professional experiences that led to her founding her own design studio. She can trace her eye for balanced interiors all the way back to her childhood home, where she would frequently rearrange the furniture and reimagine rooms. For the majority of her life, she studied music—even into her college years—before transitioning into the corporate realm. Prior to founding her own design studio, she found success and honed her organizational skills working in—and eventually, leading—the marketing departments of some of the country's most-loved beauty brands.

 

A series of life-altering decisions—getting married, having children, and creating a home for her family in Austin—offered Laura a new sense of clarity about what she wanted for the next season of her career. She founded ATX Interior Design to offer her unique perspective as a creative, professional, and mother. Her work is reflective of all of those roles—memorable, intentional, and distinctly inviting. 

 

Laura now spends her days guiding clients-turned-friends through a deeply personal process that meaningfully enhances their lives at home. Her work is best described as an organic and family-focused approach to modern interiors.
